Q: Where are your belts made?

A: Our belts are hand made here in the USA from the highest quality materials.


Q: Can I get something personal or custom?

A: Yes! We hand make all our products just for your special request, hand crafted in our own leather shop we will not use vinyl or plastic - just the best leather we can get direct from the leather tanneries.


Q: How long does it take?

A: The average order takes 3-4 weeks in most cases. Some creations could take a bit longer - we dye and stain all our leather and there are drying periods that do take time. We can't take short cuts!

 
Q: Can I get a certain size or color?

A: We can accommodate any belt size and color in sizes up to 70 inches. Deal direct with our leather shop and save.

 
Q: Can I get a rush order?

A: Yes, in most cases; but we can't take short cuts. All orders are made in the order they come in.


Q: Does my leather product require break in period?

A: Yes. Most products do require a break in period. Since we dye and stain all of our products, they may be slightly stiff when you receive them. All you need to do is apply a small amount of leather conditioner to the piece and massage the piece back and forth between your hands. Like with good shoes, this process won't happen overnight, but within a few days, you will have a supple, one of a kind leather piece that you will never want to take off.


Q: I don't have time to break in a new belt, what can I do?

A: We can break an item in for you, for a small fee.


Q: What is the difference between full grain and top grain?

A: Full grain is original skin or hide which has had the hair removed, but otherwise has not been corrected or altered. Top-grain leather has had the original grain removed and an imitation grain embossed into the surface.


Q: Even though they are covered by the dye, why are there marks in my belt?

A: The scratches and marks on this fine leather are a product of nature and contribute to its natural beauty. The beautiful variations in color and the rich feel are your assurance of genuine quality.


Q: Can I have my logo put on one of your products?

A: Yes. Just remember copywrited works are produced at the discretion of the artist. It is customer's responsonsibility to determine if rights are reserved on such material and permission to use them must be requested from copywrite owner. It is the customer's responsibility to secure appropriate documentation if there is the possibility of conflict with ethics or law.


Q: What is meant by 'estimated charge'?

A: Estimates are an approximation of charges to you , and they are based on the anticipated details of work to be done. It is possible for unexpected complications to cause some deviation from the estimate. If additional materials or labor are required you will be contacted immediately.


Q: If an item breaks, what can I do?

A: In the unlikely event that your item should fail unexpectedly, we will be happy to replace it. We guarantee our work for life . Any defects in materials or workmanship will be repaired free of charge upon notification . We reserve the right to decline repairs without charge on items we deem neglected, abused or used improperly. Belts and Beyond USA does not asume no responsibility or liabilty other than the replacement of the item.
